Even Marketers Need Marketing

Finer Design was approached by UK based marketing company BD Marketing Solutions. They mostly specialise in offline marketing, but they needed an online presence as well. After a quick chat over the phone they emailed me their requirements and off I went. We managed to agree on a website design in around 8 days. They team at BD were really helpful and sent me all of the website’s content immediately, which helped speed up the design time. This is what I was able to come up with. Let me know what you think!

As you can probably imagine, building a website is very different to building a house, but they both require planning, a lot of man hours, and skilled labour. A house needs to habitable, and a website needs to be easy to use. Louise Davies, a talented Fashion and Bridal make-up artist from the UK, recently got in touch with Finer Design asking if we could build a portfolio style website for her. She wanted potential clients to be able to contact her on the website through a contact form as well as being able to view some examples of her work. Before getting in touch with Finer Design, Louise would mainly get her clients from social media and word of mouth, but she was looking to get into the make up industry full time, and to do this, she would need a stronger online presence. A letter from The Duke

I was recently contacted by award winning Chef Jason Anderson to design a website for his newly established London based restaurant The Duke. He asked us to design him a minimalist website so that he didn’t overwhelm his customers with useless information. He also wanted to have an up-to-date menu on the site and the facility to be able to easily edit his menu should he need to make any changes. Lucky for him, at Finer Design, we build all of our website’s within a Content Management System, allowing users to log in to their website via a hidden admin area and edit any part of their website without the need to know any coding.
